Yes, since the 11th of March 2024 we’ve been completing walk-ins to ensure that the new submission and collection system benefits South-Africans abroad as well. We’ve now submitted documents on behalf of others and successfully collected it the same day. We’ve done this with a letter of authorisation containing, proof of address and the applicants South-African ID.
