Road2Asia (Pty) Ltd – Refund Policy

Introduction

Road2Asia (Pty) Ltd (“Road2Asia”, “we”, “our”) respects your commitment to use our services, therefore we always prevent refund scenarios to minimize our own as well as your adiministration.

We will only issue refunds (90% of total quote paid) if:

  1. We cannot fulfill the requested service on time after evaluating the merit of the case.
  2. If you “the client” requests to cancel your order before any documents started processing or any payment has been made to a authority involved in the process.

We will NOT issue refunds if:

  1. Documents or Visas was delayed by third party authorities beyond our control.
  2. If you “the client” requests to cancel your order after the documents started processing or a payment has been made to a authority involved in the process.

Refunds that are approved by our finance department will only be completed on the 24th of every month.

Refunds on Third-Party Fees

Where a client cancels before Road2Asia has paid any third-party authority, embassy, VFS, BLS, courier or government fee, the unrecovered third-party fee portion may be refunded.

Where Road2Asia has already paid a third-party fee on behalf of the client, that amount is non-refundable unless the relevant third-party authority refunds Road2Asia.

Road2Asia service fees, admin fees, courier coordination fees, document review fees and handling fees may be non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed in writing.

Road2Asia will not be liable for any increase in official third-party fees introduced after the date of quotation or order placement, provided that Road2Asia notifies the client of the increase before incurring the additional third-party cost and gives the client the option to proceed or cancel the affected third-party portion of the service.

Effective Date

This Refund Policy is effective as of 07 January 2026 and replaces any previous versions.
